I recently had a massage at Alive And Well Bodywork and it was phenomenal. The therapist worked out all of the knots and tension in my body, leaving me feeling completely relaxed and rejuvenated. The spa has a peaceful atmosphere and the staff is knowledgeable and attentive. I highly recommend!
