I recently used a payroll service from a company that has been around for quite some time. The website was easy to navigate, and I found the information I needed without any trouble. However, when it came to customer support, I found it to be somewhat lacking. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiries, which was a bit frustrating. The service itself was satisfactory, but I wished for better communication. The overall experience was decent, but there is definitely room for improvement in the customer service department.
