I have been a customer of Fauntleroy-Lyons Gas Transmission Company, INC for several years now and I must say that their service has been average. They have been mostly reliable in terms of gas delivery, but their customer service could use some improvement. There have been a few instances where I had to wait for a long time on hold before speaking to a representative. Overall, I would rate them as average.
