STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! Not only are they ridiculously overpriced but they "auto-renew" your membership when your contract is up, locking you into another year without notifying you beforehand. I called to cancel my membership since I knew my 12 months were up and was informed I was 1 week late in notifying them and that my membership auto-renewed the week prior and I was stuck paying until 2017 (almost $1,200 worth of membership dues). I've been a member of Anytime Fitness, World Gym and Gold's Gym and NEVER had this kind of experience with any of them. The Apple is only interested in sucking as much money out of you as possible, employing shady unethical tactics along the way and by doing so, ensuring no repeat customers. Tell your families and friends to go elsewhere. Even if they weren't cheaters and liars, the Apple is so over-packed it's next to impossible to work out, not to mention that during the summer months the upstairs weight/cardio room smells horrendous and hovers around 85 degrees. Don't even get me started on how disgusting, chaotic and unprofessional the childcare is. All of this and they charge twice to three times as much as other gyms in the area. I wish I could give this place zero stars. They shouldn't be in business!
