4 stars because my daughter loves Temple but I have to rant about one thing: $269 fee is assessed to pay tuition online!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING???? Let me get this straight--- since I am doing YOU a favor and paying online so you can HIRE LESS STAFF, I still have to be financially inconvenienced?????. Parents: if you live nearby just drop the payment off or call them to get details on mailing it in. They are understaffed so you may wait 15 -20 minutes on hold but its worth it.
The staff in the Bursars office once you get them on the phone is kind, respectful and professional :-)
