I had an opportunity to use the services of a software company. The experience was not bad, but it wasn't exceptional either. The software developed for my project lacked a certain level of innovation and creativity. It served its purpose, but it didn't leave a lasting impression. The team was cooperative and responsive, which is a plus. Overall, it was an average experience, and I believe there is room for improvement.
