The experience with Daniel Thwaites plc was overall average. The service was satisfactory and the staff was friendly. However, the food quality could have been better. The hotel rooms were clean and comfortable, but the amenities were minimal. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to major attractions. I would consider staying here again if I visit the area in the future.
