From the moment I walked into Mercedes Benz Heritage Valley and met Ben (sales) and Doug (finance), I was treated with courtesy, professionalism, kindness, and knowledgeable information re: the purchase of a new Mercedes Benz through a trade in of my 2013 Mercedes Benz. Actually, the team at Heritage Valley whom I have previously dealt with, from the shuttle drivers (Frank) to the service folks (Brittany and Ed) are all awesome. They are all helpful and great people.

End result, I now have a brand new 2017 Mercedes vehicle. The process of trading in my vehicle to purchasing a new vehicle was smooth and made pleasant.

I have dealt with many dealerships in the past, and after my first walk into a Mercedes dealer years ago, including Heritage Valley, I knew I nor my family would not regret purchasing and driving Mercedes vehicles.

The new Heritage Valley dealership is a new standard for the south end of Edmonton and a much nicer facility than the previous one that was located on Calgary Trail. Check out the basement where they have the F1 car racing simulator!

I look forward to continue to service my cars with them and perhaps making future vehicle purchases at this dealership. Kudos to the team for a job well done.
