Systems Plus installed a network computer system into my business. It's fairly complicated and did get off to a rough start, causing several incidents that were disruptive to the work flow.

Here's why 5 stars: to get the system operating correctly took quite a lot of effort, time and persistence. Throughout the process and especially in the past few months, the folks at Systems Plus made it very clear to me that they would do whatever it took to get it right. I didn't feel any need to try to get them to see it from my side. They saw it from my perspective, saw that things were not operating optimally and held themselves to the higher standard, insisting that the issues got thoroughly and properly addressed. With systems like this, there are always going to be unanticipated problems-- so you want to engage with a business that will do whatever it takes to get it right. You want Systems Plus. They do what it takes and they get it right.
