I recently had a surgical procedure done at The Surgeons House, and overall, I had an average experience. The surgeons were competent, but they lacked a personal touch. The staff was friendly, but not exceptional. The facility was clean, but not outstanding. While I am satisfied with the outcome of my surgery, I expected more given the reputation of The Surgeons House.
