I had a satisfactory experience with TRIAD GUARANTY CO. The service was decent and the staff was friendly. However, there were a few areas where they could improve. The communication could have been clearer, and there were some delays in getting the information I needed. Overall, though, I was able to get the job done and I'm satisfied with the outcome.
