This company is the worst. They're supposed to pay...

This company is the worst. They're supposed to pay my real estate tax out of the escrow and the mortgage that I'm paying monthly but I'm getting missed payment notifications from the city saying that they're not paying anything. I sent in a trouble ticket and they won't even contact me it's been over 2 weeks. In the meantime I'm getting charged late fees and having to go in and pay my own taxes.

Update: Last week, the Social Support department contacted me in regards to my review (and BBB review) asking for more information. I sent the all coorespondances and got an auto response. And just as before, no person has contact me to correct this issue. So again, THE WORST COMPANY EVER!
