I had some mixed experiences with Mindscape Design. While their design skills are top-notch and the website they created for my business looks fantastic, I found their customer support to be quite lacking. It took longer than expected to get responses to my queries, which caused delays in the project. Overall, I am happy with the end result but wish the communication process was smoother.
