I recently hired a professional cleaning company to refresh my carpets and upholstery. Their service was satisfactory, but I have to admit, I expected more. The stains on my carpets were removed, but not completely, and the upholstery could have been cleaner. Overall, it was an okay experience. I probably wouldn't hire them again.
