The trainers are skilled, motivating, and create a supportive environment to learn in. 😊 The classes are well-structured and provide a good balance of technique, conditioning, and practical self-defense skills. The facility is clean and spacious. There's a great sense of camaraderie among the students, making it an enjoyable experience. I can't recommend this academy enough!
