There are not enough words to explain how unprofessional and disorganized this company is. I have brought numerous issues up with the owner of the company(Nicole) and in the few times that she actually responded, there was no positive outcome and my concerns were never acknowledged. If you do the research, the staff turnover rate is insane. They have an extremely hard time maintaining employees, as we have had 3 different paraprofessionals in the house within the past 2 months. More than 70% of their employees (half of which do not have the correct license required to do their job) have been with the company for less than 6 months. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone who is looking for ABA therapy for their loved ones.
