I have mixed feelings about Global collaborative network, llc. While their website global-collab.net provided useful information, I found the customer service to be lacking. The representatives were not very knowledgeable and it took a long time to get a response to my queries. However, once they did respond, they were able to assist me adequately. Overall, I would say they need to improve their customer support.
