Hti systems is an average company. The services they offer are okay, but there is nothing extraordinary about them. I expected more professionalism and innovation. The customer support team is helpful, but sometimes they take too long to respond to queries. Overall, I think Hti systems can do better and provide a more excellent experience to their customers.
