A poor customer service experience all around. The technical representative attached to out account once said in a phone conference with us "shut up little girl, the men are talking." For the past two years they have been rude and dismissive, and we have at least four support tickets that have not been resolved over that time because they couldn't be bothered to look into anything. Talking to technical support, if they'll bother responding, is the height of frustration because even though they have back door access to their software, they will never bother to use it to investigate the issue you have. They'll just ask you inane questions that could be answered by a two minute look at your setup. And you can expect to wait days between responses.

The only highlight of dealing with them is that we have new ownership that DICE was rude and dismissive to, so now we'll be transitioning away from them before the year ends.
