Pose by Pose Yoga is amazing! 😊 The instructors are incredibly supportive and create a warm and inclusive environment. The classes are well-structured and it's evident that the instructors put a lot of thought and effort into the sequencing. The studio itself is beautiful and has a tranquil vibe. I always leave feeling rejuvenated and centered. Definitely, recommend!
