I recently had a mixed experience with Wow Distributing. While the ordering process was smooth and the products arrived in a timely manner, there was an issue with one of the items. I reached out to their customer service team and they were quick to respond and resolve the issue. Despite the hiccup, I appreciate their effort to rectify the situation. Overall, I would rate them average.
