Our second time back in a month this time we took our son And daughter-in-law and grandchildren, unfortunately my son booked a room with a side view wasn t aware he would be smelling garbage the whole stay the next time he will book and ocean view suite that was One of the negative parts Of his stay.. I on the other hand of a couple of complaints this time, pool chairs are very hard to come by so at 9 o clock if you want a chair you stand on line and Sammy the pool guy sets you up but you can only leave your chair for a half hour and than he rudely takes your stuff and throws it in a corner he is very confrontational. Management does not care about complaints. Will I be back the answer is yes hopefully they ll be more complaints about management and how confrontational Sammy the pool guy is so they Can t address this problem.
