I recently switched to Rush Security And Alarm for my home security needs, and I have mixed feelings about their service. On one hand, the installation process was smooth and the technician was friendly. On the other hand, I have experienced some technical issues with the system and their customer support has been slow to respond. Overall, I would say my experience has been average so far.
