Most unprofessional place I've ever worked. Wasted 2 years of my life here while constantly being told thank you for being patient. I had more experience in the field I worked in than anyone in the company and I never failed at anything asked of me. Bottom line? Unless you're a friend of the family or a rodeo enthusiast with a big shiny belt buckle, you mean nothing to these people. Laid me off with an email because no one there was man enough to do it in person. They love to pretend to care about their people but it's all just an act. There's always talk about being the best, but this company will never hang on the caliber of employees it takes to get there. Am I bitter?? Yes, and so shall you be...unless you ride, rope, and of course have the big belt buckle!
