I recently purchased a motorhome from Swagman and I'm quite satisfied with my decision. The quality is good and the motorhome meets my basic needs. The staff were helpful enough during the buying process. However, I feel there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and some aspects of the design. Overall, it's an average experience with Swagman motorhomes.
