I have been a patient of ATI over the course of 2 knee surgeries. Some of the therapists seem to have genuine concern for your health but they do work on a quota system and it s part of their job to get you to come back as much and as often as possible. This is not a reflection on the therapists but ATI. It s also unfortunately a testament that healthcare is no longer healthcare but big business. As a patient, I became tired of hearing quotas being discussed between therapists every visit. I switched to another provider that seemed sincerely more interested in my health and didn t make me feel like I was just a number meeting someone s quota for the day or week. I now have more personalized care and it was the best decision for my health that I could have made. I did not feel like ATI had my best interest in mind. They seemed to care more about quotas and bonuses and how much your insurance would pay. I chose to take my health elsewhere.
