I have been using Sentinel for quite some time now...

I have been using Sentinel for quite some time now and I have to say their services are average at best. The website is okay but could use some improvements in terms of usability. The customer support is decent but can be slow to respond at times. The products are okay but nothing exceptional. Overall, I would say there is room for improvement.
