I had a mixed experience with the services of a travel agency during my recent trip to Spain. While there were some issues with the accommodations, the overall trip was still enjoyable. The agency could improve on their attention to detail and communication. However, the staff was friendly and tried their best to resolve any issues that arose. With some improvements, they could provide a better experience for future travelers.
