I had a mixed experience with Adams Design, Inc, K C. While their initial concept for my project was impressive, the execution fell short. There were several communication gaps and the final result did not meet my expectations. However, their customer service was responsive in addressing my concerns. I hope they can improve their project management and delivery process.
