This office is fantastic! From my first visit to my last, the experience has been first class! They are really the entire package.
The staff is amazing! Keri, the Front Office Coordinator, was always courteous, attentive and helpful. Raquel, the Office Manager/Surgical Coordinator, was extremely helpful in getting me scheduled right away and went out of her way to work with my schedule. Bailey, Dr. Spies Clinical Nurse, did an amazing job before, during and after my surgery. She is very knowledgeable and handled everything with absolute professionalism. Lastly, but not least, Dr. Spies did an amazing job on my surgery! He is a VERY talented surgeon! He has a wonderful chair-side manner, he's easy to talk to, is highly skilled and it was easy to trust him completely. I am so pleased with my outcome! I also had him do a little chin liposuction at the same time for a double chin that I have HATED for many years, and it looks fantastic! I feel so much better about myself. Again, my experience was outstanding from beginning to end, and I cannot recommend this practice enough!! I'm sure I will have other surgical needs in the future, and I won't hesitate to return!
