My info was given to telemarketers, no word on help, they provide no real services, you are better off going to a snake oil salesman for any kind of help, motivation or whatever it is that they claim to do. To make money off the suffering of people in their darkest hour and provide no real service is one of the worst things anyone can do and that seems to be the only thing the Brain Injury Association of Massachusetts does.
