I'm really grateful to be part of the Kyokushin Penha/Liberdade family. The instructors are not only experienced and highly skilled but also kind and supportive. They are always willing to go the extra mile to help me improve my techniques. The training sessions are intense but fun, and I always leave feeling accomplished.
