I have been a regular customer of the city for a few years now, and overall, my experience has been very positive. The services provided by the city are great and the staff is helpful. The only issue I have faced is with the parking facilities in the downtown area. It can be quite challenging to find parking at times, especially during peak hours. I would suggest the city look into this matter and come up with a better solution. Other than that, everything is good.
