This hospital is the worst. They gave my boyfriend a room with no shower. And they took 16?hours to get him a room . They have AWFUL customer service skills. And they said I can t sleep in the same room as him, they tried to get me to sleep in a play pin and i refuse. They give attitude when you ask them simple direction like where to go to find a Tim Hortons. Ugh there is so much more and i ve only been here for 18 hours
Some of the nurses here have an attitudes If they can t handle questions from concerned patients and visitors they should NOT work here at all. If i could give this place no stars as a rate i would . So disappointed.
