🚲 I recently purchased a e-bike from this company's website. I was attracted by the sleek design and the variety of models available. The ordering process was smooth, with clear information about the product specifications and delivery times. However, I encountered a few hiccups along the way. Firstly, the delivery was delayed, which was disappointing as I was looking forward to using my new bike. Additionally, the customer service response was a bit slow when I reached out to inquire about the delay. On a positive note, once my bike arrived, I was impressed with its quality and performance. It has been a reliable mode of transportation for me since then. Overall, I would rate my experience as average. The product met my expectations, but the delays and lack of swift customer support were a drawback. 🙄🚴‍♀️
