I recently had the opportunity to check out the website of this gifting company. On the surface, it appeared to offer a wide range of products and services. However, upon further exploration, I found the user interface to be somewhat lacking. The website was a bit clunky and slow to navigate, which made it a bit frustrating to browse through their offerings. Additionally, while they claimed to offer unique and up-to-date gifts, I didn't find anything particularly special or innovative. The selection seemed quite ordinary and generic. However, I will credit them for their customer service. When I had a question, their team responded promptly and professionally. Overall, my experience with this company was average at best. While they have potential, they need to improve their website and selection to stand out in the crowded gifting market.
