I recently used the services of a promotional team I found online. I must say, their website was well-designed, easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, my experience with the actual services I received was just average. The team did a decent job in promoting my business, but there were a few areas that fell short of my expectations. The communication could have been better, as there were delays in response times and some details were not clearly communicated. The team members were professional, but I felt that they lacked a certain enthusiasm and creative approach. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. While they were able to fulfill their basic responsibilities, they didn't exceed my expectations or leave a lasting impression.
