I recently booked a trip through the company's website and my overall experience was average. The website layout was user-friendly and easy to navigate, but I found the information about their services to be lacking in detail. 😕
The customer service was average as well. It took a while to receive a response to my inquiry and when I did, I felt like the representative was not very knowledgeable or helpful. 😐
The trip itself was decent. The guide was friendly and provided some interesting information about the places we visited. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the transportation. The vehicle was not as comfortable as I expected and could have been better maintained. 😔
Overall, it was an average experience. There is room for improvement in terms of customer service and transportation quality. Hopefully, the company will take this feedback into consideration for future improvements. 🚗💭
