My daughter wanted a used Corolla and we visited Sun Toyota because it was closest to us and online their webpage showed multiple used corollas in the price range we sought.

Very disappointed at first because none of the cars online were there for us to inspect and test drive. Also, the price range was way off on what was available online. The sad part is that I had to go online with my mobile device and point out the cars we wanted to see. Eventually they found the cars. I found it ludicrous that I had to pay an Assist Fee simply because I was not trading in a car. Then another ridiculously high Destination Fee for a car that had been traded right there!! Perhaps that s the fee for driving it 1/16 of a mile to get it from one parking spot to another!

There idea of negotiation was truly terrible so we left, our salesperson was awesome and asked if we d reconsider. So we went to eat, we communicated by phone, and reached an agreement.

We came back, signed the preliminary papers and then had to wait 150 minutes to be called to the processing office! I was so glad to leave that place! But my daughter was happy that she got her car.

Don t go on a Saturday if you can avoid it. Plan on having overly high numbers thrown at you and don t be desperate to buy!!
