I recently used the services of 3rd eye technologies, inc. and found their website to be quite informative and user-friendly. However, I was a bit disappointed with the level of customer service. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries, and I felt like I had to chase them for updates. 😕 On the positive side, the quality of the final product was satisfactory. The company delivered what was promised, but I believe there is room for improvement in their responsiveness to customer queries. Overall, my experience was average.
