The doctor was very good, however I had an 11:00 am appointment I arrived at 10:30 a.m. And checked in then went for a cup of coffee. Returned st 10:45 for my appointment. After waiting an hour and a half I went to the desk, they said I was next. Finally at 1:10pm I got in. The girl in back said they had called me in st 10:40 . I was not there cause my appointment was not until 11:00. The people at the fRont desk I feel are to blame, and if you complain they just don't care.
