My wife and I recently purchased a Chrysler 300C from Lake Norman Chrysler, Cornelius, NC. Tony Williams, our salesperson, was extremely helpful in this process, displaying the professionalism and people skills that represent Chrysler in the highest standards expected from its employees and representatives. Tony was there throughout the entire process, yet he was not overbearing as some sales people are. Tony was able to answer questions and address concerns we expressed and what I like mostly, if he didn't have an answer, he said so and was able to get the correct answer. I am familiar with the high standards expected from the Chrysler members, in that my father retired from Chrysler (Detroit, MI) and Tony exceeded those expectations.
