Having placed an order in August we are still wait...

Having placed an order in August we are still waiting for our new telephone system. We get apologies after apology but still no system.
Chasing calls and emails go unanswered. Everyone is to blame but them.
Would I purchase again from this supplier.......... A big Fat No!!!!!!!!!
