I had a very good experience and can speak highly of this service center. My not even 1-year old Zenbook had some keyboard issues, and I went in for a fix. No waiting time; met a lovely lady who spoke English very well (no communication issues whatsoever); solid detecting of the issue; super quick delivery of the new keyboard and even quicker fix no questions asked. I am impressed with this customer service! [for reference: went in on Friday afternoon first time, dropped the laptop Saturday evening and got it back Monday evening]. Thank you ASUS!!
