I was charged a substantive amount in 2018 for a lease I had back in 2016. I inquired multiple times about the fees, as I wanted details and to discuss. YA responded once they sent me to collections. Luckily, I paid all of that in time before collections sent it to impact my credit, as I paid it ASAP. I am still discussing with YA their reasoning and poor response time in communications throughout my leases.
