Miserable company! Had multiple Clinton cameras installed and the company that installed the home security system tanked and left multiple homes and businesses in our area without their money and with non functioning systems. Called Clinton to get help with a non functional camera that was 3 months old. Although the camera is under warranty an RMA can only be issued to the the original installer. I and another Clinton dealer in our area (who is trying to help 3 customers left in limbo with the security installer) and who Clinton recommended, explained the problem but all to no avail.Clinton refuses to help get the camera repaired or replaced. "the rules are the rules".
