I had a mixed experience with Brogdon Condominium Association, Inc. The customer service was average, but the maintenance and repair work were great. I appreciate their prompt responses to my requests. However, I was not satisfied with the lack of communication regarding the fees and charges. Overall, it was a decent experience.
