I have been using Mercury xrm - intelligent recruitment software for the past six months and it has definitely made my life easier. The software is user-friendly and has a lot of great features that have helped me streamline my recruitment process. The candidate database is extensive and allows me to quickly find qualified candidates for my open positions. The automated workflows have also saved me a lot of time and effort.
