Beautiful building, but beurocratic rot on the inside. I have never had such poor basic service. I grew up in hospitals. I have worked in 8 different hospitals in my career. I started as an audiovisual geek, then security guard, and eventually went into a medical career myself. I am now a specialty physician. We just needed a simple ankle x-ray and already had the order sent over. It should have been payment, x-ray, and out the door in less than 15 minutes. An hour and 20 minutes later we were still getting static from the front desk. Sadly, I have seen faster service in 2 different VA facilities. The front desk was inept and rude. This is not just a look down on the little people doctor gripe. I started in lesser positions in the hospital and worked my way up. I know what it is like to be in the minute to minute care of patients/clients. Today's service was an embarrassing fail of basic minimal service. I understand if you are stuck there and need immediate care, but if possible I recommend travelling somewhere else if you can.
