I attended a stroke support program recently, and it was fantastic. The program provided useful information and strategies for stroke recovery, and I found the facilitators to be knowledgeable and approachable. The sessions were well-organized and provided a supportive environment for sharing experiences and learning from others. I highly recommend the program to all stroke survivors.
